I like your Pocket CV, both in concept, and the way you presented it on your website. Very nice

Thanks Robert.

Do you produce these commercially as this is a brilliant concept?
Nick [11th March 2010]
How did you get the shaped paper?
Temitope Shoda [1th March 2010]
Hi Nick, the paper is thick gsm glossy paper which is then cut into my desire shape.
Zsolt [18th March 2010]
Very impressive. I love it. Projects which hold to a level of creativity and efficiency as this does, deserve much attention and investment. Simple, yet elegant, is the way of the future.
Temitope Shoda [18th March 2010]
Thanks Zsolt. I must say, It did take a lot of attention and investment!
Sonam [18th March 2010]
Are you ever going to commercially sell this product, or give us an idea of how you achieved it? I think its amazing!
Temitope Shoda [18th March 2010]
Thanks Sonam. Quite a few people has asked me this question. Well I haven't made this particular cv commercially before but is something I'm willing to discuss.

Do you carry that cv anywhere in your pocket? You really have creative and brilliant idea to illustrate your resume.
Temitope Shoda [18th April 2010]
Thanks Chandra. Don't carry the cv around with me any more! Simply because Im now working at Alan Camp Architects. I often use this cv for interviews.
Chris [21st April 2010]
Hey that's cool. Im finishing my degree in engineering in may. I just went to a big conference with both students and companies of the oil industry. They were accepting CVs from students, but you kinda drowned in the crowd. There was like 200 other students there with CVs just like yours. Man I wish I had seen this earlier so I could have made up some.
Temitope Shoda [18th April 2010]
Seriously, it's good to know people share the same idea. At least you know now, next time you be better prepared.

Hi Rosa, thanks for checking out my CV. To answer your question I got the fix and bolt from BNQ. The paper is 250gsm glossy paper from Staples however you can find many other types of glossy/matt papers from WHsmith, Ryman or your local stationery shop. It’s worth checking before you buy because they can be quite expensive.
Rosa [18th Mayl 2010]
Dude what kind of screw do you use? 0.0 i was looking around for it here but can't find it, and what kind of paper did you use? just out of curiosity
Akhilesh [19th April 2010]

I am highly impressed by this innovative way of writing your CV. Honestly, I am challenged and impressed. I am a product manager (Haier Thermocool) with PZ Cussons in nigeria. Could you give me guidance on how i could make mine more creative. You are the kind of Nigerians i love to keep in my network. please reply oh.

Temitope Shoda [1st September 2010]
Thanks Oluwafemi for the comments, appreciate it. So you want to make your CV more creative, man don’t know where to start. It depends on what you are going for. With my CV I wanted it to express some form of construction (being an architect) and that where the screw and bolt idea came from. I guess you should start with brainstorming some ideas of what you want your CV to express. Then search them through the net. Plus cost will also play a factor; so how much you willing to spend. With my CV, I only gave the employer my pocket CV when I had an interview. With my experience it better to post a more simple straight forward CV through the post and give them your creative only if they call you for interview
